Explore and express their emotions in their journal.Cost is $50 and includes a journal, art materials, tea,and snacks!
1/27/26 7-830 pm VISION BOARD H.S. Workshop This is a 1.5 hr therapeutic group for high schoolers to: Learn how to set intentions and plan. Create their personal mantra/positive affirmation. 2/16/26 1-230pm Teen Collage and Journal Making Workshop
This is a 1.5 hr therapeutic group for middle and high schoolers to collage for self love,express creativity, and connect with other teens! They can also create a journal as well to take home! Cost is $40 and includes a journal, art materials, tea,and snacks!
